Austin County Republican Partys Salute To Freedom, BBQ and Dance

Hey, Texas! The Austin County Republican Party's Salute to Freedom BBQ & Dance celebrates two milestones at once, America's 250th birthday and the 190th birthday of the Republic of Texas, Expects flags on the wall and a room full of friends who still believe freedom is worth celebrating out loud. It all happens Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM inside the air-conditioned Austin County Fair Exposition Center. Come for a full BBQ dinner, stay for a Texas sized boot-scootin' dance with Texas Country Star Josh Ward, a keynote form Congressman Michael Cloud, and auctions all night: silent, live and dessert.
